Copy of ID/passport – Or a company formation document if the vessel is owned by a company.
Engine documents – Mandatory for engines over 20 HP.
CE Certificate or Class Certificate – Necessary if the yacht is less than 10 years old, was not manufactured in the European Union, or has never been registered in the EU.
Measurement document – Required for vessels over 15 meters in length. Examples include a builder’s certificate, tonnage certificate, survey report, or yacht manual.
Photo of the vessel identification number (HIN/VIN/CIN/INI) – Required only if the hull number complies with the Registration Office’s criteria.
If the hull number does not meet these criteria, a Polish identification number will be assigned.
The required format is: YY-xxx@@@@@X999, where:
Y = a letter
x = a letter or digit (excluding 0 and 1)
@ = a letter or digit (excluding I, O, and Q)
X = a letter (A–L)

If your current hull number does not meet this format and you require confirmation of the actual number, you may optionally request an Extract Document.
