The temporary Polish registration is typically issued within 3–5 days once all required documents have been received. If sworn translations are necessary, the process may take slightly longer.
For vessels exceeding 15 meters in length, additional technical inspections and safety certifications are mandatory. While we assist with obtaining your Polish registration card, please note that we do not carry out these inspections ourselves.
After registration, you should contact the Polish Register of Shipping (PRS). PRS maintains a global network of surveyors who can perform both the required technical inspection and safety certification simultaneously, ensuring compliance with international standards.
